Self-care isn't selfish, its important to know

Understanding how important it is to know what self love is,


So we already know that self love motivates you to make good choices and means accepting yourself as you are in this very moment for everything that you are.


Ways to practice self love

  • Becoming Mindful, will have a more clear feeling of what you think and want.

  • Taking actions based on need rather than want, by staying focused on what you need and benefits your future is a positive way.

  • Practice good self-care, you will love yourself more when you take better care of your basic needs.

Make room for healthy habits, do stuff because you want to not because you have to.



If you know feelings of guilt and selfishness exist, try taking one small action. If self-care is new to you and uncomfortable, taking one small action a day or week will ease you into it slowly. The moment you feel guilty, question yourself why by reflecting.


You will be engaging in self-care !
